Production Chain
Controlled production flow from ore to dispatch.
Every step is a separate control point for preserving raw material quality and reaching the right product class.
Production starts at an ore source with 99% purity calcium carbonate and 99% whiteness. Raw material quality is secured in the field, and planned extraction keeps the plant lines fed without interruption.
Ore from the quarry is crushed, screened and separated into production-ready fractions. Grizzly and screen stages reject off-size material, so the grinding line is always fed in a controlled, homogeneous way.
Mill systems reduce the ore to micron scale. Particle size is monitored continuously, and the line is tuned until the fineness settles into the requested band.
The ground product is separated to customer requirements: below 100 µm forms the micronized family, 100–3000 µm the granular family. The particle size distribution is classified to your specification.
The classified product is packed to order: kraft bags, PP sacks and big bags — silobas for bulk dispatch. The right packaging is settled together, based on your storage and handling.
The company vehicle fleet and Gemlik Port proximity sustain continuity in domestic and export deliveries. With planned loading, the product reaches your site in the condition it left the line.
